These Terms of Service govern your use of the Drop Station mobile application, developed and operated by G.P.M. SRL. By using the App, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Description of Service

Drop Station is an audio streaming application that provides:

24/7 live radio featuring House, Deep, and Electronic music
Recorded DJ Sets organized by musical genre
Program schedule showing current and upcoming broadcasts

The service is free and does not require registration.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Recording, reproducing, or distributing any streamed audio content
Using automated tools to access the service
Attempting unauthorized access to the App's systems
Using the App in violation of applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

All content transmitted through Drop Station, including music tracks, mixes, and DJ Sets, is the property of their respective rights holders and is protected by copyright law. G.P.M. SRL holds broadcasting rights in compliance with applicable copyright regulations.

4. Service Availability

G.P.M. SRL strives to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or due to technical issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

G.P.M. SRL is not liable for:

Service interruptions due to force majeure
Damages resulting from improper use of the App
Third-party content accessible through the App

6. Changes to Terms

G.P.M. SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Teramo, Italy.
